Paisley Leaf Carafe Lamp - Green Gold

‘Paisley Leaf’ is inspired by a pattern at Cressida grandmother Vanessa Bell’s house Charleston in Sussex. She overlaid a floral pattern over a large paisley design to great effect – so she has borrowed the idea. This carafe-shaped table lamp is adorned with the design in blue and red and looks stunning with the matching Paisley Leaf 14” lampshade in blue.

These unique lamp bases are designed to go with her selection of lampshades. They are made of turned elm and produced especially for them in Sussex. Cressida paints each one by hand which means no two are ever the same – though perfection is her aim. They are all bear her painted signature near to the base.

After painting they receive a protective semi-matt varnish and are fitted with a brass switched bayonet cap lampholder and a classic linen-covered stripey cream & black flex.
